#513 Clean up asm by using shading in the library.
- main build - jdk8 no classifier now uses asm 6.1.1 that work with java 9 and 10 -
- add fallback behavior when byte code version is not recognised to work on java 11
- now supports java 9, 10 and 11 with java 8 build
- now supports java 11 on java 9 build
